Mrs. Bullock has received the highest possible Montessori training by becoming MACTE accredited from the Early Childhood Education Course at Spring Valley Montessori Training Academy, in Federal Way, WA. MACTE stands for Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education.
MACTE is the premier, international standard and accrediting body for Montessori teacher education. MACTE accreditation is the only Montessori accreditation that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. MACTE accreditation requires a rigorous training of 2 years and over 700 hours of classroom practicum.
As a military spouse, Mrs. Bullock has taught at multiple Montessori schools across the county, as her family changed duty stations. She brings her 12 years of Montessori Head Teacher experience to FishHawk Montessori and the community.
Mrs. Bullock has also been trained and certified by Hillsborough County, Fl to operate a Family Child Care Home at her residence.
