• Peace Education and Mindfulness

Learning about the gifts of diversity, practicing good citizenship to our community and planet, and understanding emotions are important goals of the Montessori Peace Education. Daily mindfulness practice helps our students learn how to calm their bodies and minds. Practicing quiet reflection helps children manage stress, regulate emotions and develop a more positive outlook.
